I’m a huge fan of helpful stuff.

And I get super annoyed at stuff that wastes my time.
On this page I seek to compile resources that are actually useful and not boring.

Gifts Test

This test is fast and easy, and the handout tells you a lot of helpful information about yourself.

The point of these tests isn’t to pigeonhole you or limit you in any way. In fact, I’ve found that it is very freeing. Suddenly I realize I’m not messed up, but I have certain strengths for a purpose. I’m vastly different than the people around me, and that’s okay!

If you’ve never learned about the giftings, you’re in for a treat. And if you have, take the test again. Things tend to change over time.

First, take the test.

33 quick questions. Make sure you write down what percentage you have of each gift.
( They won’t add up to 100% ) (( I know, it’s a little confusing. ))

Make sure you take a look at the top 2 or 3 gifts, as they really work hand-in-hand with each other.

Second, read this handout.

The test produces some feedback on each gift, but this handout is much more complete and helpful. It’s exciting to see how, as we grow, we can move over to that “mature” side instead of the “carnal” side.

Third, read the book (if your curiosity has been sparked)

This is the children’s version of the book, but I hear it’s much less boring than the adult version.

    > There are more in depth tests
    > career suggestions
    > potential pros and cons of relationships between different giftings
    > and tons of advice on how to deal with different types of people

It’s a great book for leaders and parents!
